Yes, the service we provide is 100% free. There is no cost to the customers that we connect you with to provide your no-obligation, free quote.

- I am only looking for leads in regional areas, do you generate leads there?

TQC generates leads nation-wide and very likely receive enquiries within your area. To find out more about leads in your area, please call our team at 1300 722 687.

- What happens if the lead does not want to talk to me or has already got their quote sorted?

If the lead is no longer interested in a quote and/or you are unable to provide a quote due to their circumstances, you can reject the lead within 7 days and get a full refund for it.

- What happens if I quote the lead but they decide to go with someone else?

Our service aims to provide you with a lead interested in a system, for you to quote and sell your system to.
If you have communicated with the lead and provided them with a quote, but they do not end up purchasing from you, we classify that as a valid lead and will expect payment for it.

- When do I pay for a lead?

With a pre-paid account, you will add credit to your account balance for leads to be supplied. As rejections are processed, the value of the lead will be credited back to your account. This will all happen in real time.
With a Post-paid account, you will be invoiced every fortnight for leads that have not had a rejection processed within the required 7-day period.

- What are your payment methods?

All invoices from TQC can be paid via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or Credit Card.
Please refer to our terms and conditions for any fees associated with Credit Card payments.

- Can I put my account on hold?

You can put your service areas on Hold at any time by logging in to your Lead Management Portal. Alternatively, contact your account manager and they can action it on your behalf.

- Do you ask customers to review TQC’s service?

Yes, we use the Trust Pilot platform for our Solar Market customers to review our service.

There are many things you can do online within your Lead Management Portal at your own convenience. However, your account manager and a dedicated support team are always available during office hours via phone or email to assist you with any enquiries you may have.
